SHIPPING 

Live shipping rates are provided at checkout.

Due to COVID-19, we have been experiencing delays with our standard method of shipping. The listed shipping timelines are our goal, but during this period please allow additional time for transit and tracking updates. We are working hard to get your orders out as quickly and safely as possible.

Orders will be packed and shipped within 3-14 business days of purchasing.  Shipping time is dependent on location. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday's, Sunday's or holidays. All orders come with full tracking. We are not responsible for the loss, damages or theft of your package once delivered.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective,  or if you receive the wrong item. We allow a 48 hour grace period from delivered time for damaged & defected items.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

US & Canadian orders will not be charged duties. Paisley is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. www.easyship.com can help give the customer an idea of customs & duties fees.
