FAQ's

When will I receive my order?

Orders are to be shipped out 3 - 14 business days after purchase. Once shipped you should receive a confirmation and tracking code. Please keep in mind if your shipment is outside of North America transit times may vary due to customs delays. Due to COVID-19, we have been experiencing delays with our standard method of shipping. The listed shipping timelines are our goal, but during this period please allow additional time for transit and tracking updates. We are working hard to get your orders out as quickly and safely as possible.

Please be patient while Paisley & your preferred shipping company do our best to get your product to you as soon as possible.

I placed the wrong order, can I change it?

Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified/canceled.

How much is shipping?

The Paisley store has live shipping rates. You will be given many shipping options to choose preferred shipping cost & delivery times. Shipping can range from $10 CAD to $50 CAD. When choosing shipping option please keep in mind that we provided estimated delivery time, but due to COVID-19 it may take longer than stated.

I put the wrong address.

If you enter an incorrect address and your package has been shipped out already , once it gets to the address inputed it will be shipped back to us for a $15 fee, once we receive it and you pay for shipping again you package will be sent out again. Please make sure to put the correct address 

Are there any refunds?

No. All sales are final sale.

Does Paisley cover custom fees?

Paisley is not responsible for any customs and duties that may incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

I never received my confirmation or tracking code.

Check your spam email. If not there, please reach out to merchandise@paisleyblvd.com.

How do I contact customer service?

If you encounter any issues with your shipment or are having issues completing your order please reach out to @stillpaisley on Instagram or E-mail merchandise@paisleyblvd.com and we’ll try to get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not do exchanges. Please ensure the items in your cart are the correct items & sizes. There is a sizing chart available on each item for any sizing concerns. 

Can I return an item?

Due to COVID-19 we will not do any returns under any circumstances..

My package was lost/stolen

Once Paisley ships out a package and it is delivered to the address provided, Paisley is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once they have been delivered or given a notice to pick it up from their local post office. 

Do you ship worldwide ?

Yes.

I received the wrong order.

If you received the wrong order please put the order back in the packaging and contact merchandise@paisleyblvd.com immediately.
